Mapping America 1641-1900: The H. Rodney Sharp Map Collection
View colonial era maps from the H. Rodney Sharp collection. Many of these maps were acquired by reference to 18th century William Corbit inventories for display in the National Historic Landmark Corbit-Sharp house. The Historic Odessa Foundation is pleased to announce As Precious as Gold: A History of Tea Caddies from The Bramble Collection, a temporary exhibition that includes 18th and 19th century tea caddies from the vast Bramble collection, opening on Tuesday, April 3, and continuing through Sunday, August 26. The collection was built over two generations and features more than 400 examples, spanning the period from 1700 to the present.
