HOF Celebrates Harriet Tubman Day

Celebrate Harriet Tubman Day on Friday, March 16 by visiting our National Park Service Network to Freedom exhibit, “Freedom Seekers: the Odessa Story”.  Join our docents from 10am to 4pm as they follow in the footsteps of Sam, a fugitive slave from Maryland who was given refuge in the Corbit-Sharp House. Learn more about this event »

Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Mapping America 1641-1900: The H. Rodney Sharp Map Collection

View colonial era maps from the H. Rodney Sharp collection. Many of these maps were acquired by reference to 18th century William Corbit inventories for display in the National Historic Landmark Corbit-Sharp house. Bake Oven Workshop

Join our hearth cooks as they fire up our outdoor bake oven on Monday, April 30 for a day of bread baking. Space in the oven is limited, so make your reservation early. Exhibits Opening

The Historic Odessa Foundation is pleased to announce As Precious as Gold: A History of Tea Caddies from The Bramble Collection, a temporary exhibition that includes 18th and 19th century tea caddies from the vast Bramble collection, opening on Tuesday, April 3, and continuing through Sunday, August 26. The collection was built over two generations and features more than 400 examples, spanning the period from 1700 to the present.
