FREE: Annual Easter Egg HuntHistoric Odessa's annual Easter Egg hunt takes place Sunday, March 28th at the Wilson-Warner House.The hunt is for toddlers to 5th graders—join in the fun! The program is by RESERVATION ONLY and free to all pre-reserved participants. Historic Odessa Foundation will not, and can not, accept any walk-ups. Egg Hunt sessions are scheduled for: 1:00pm, 2:00pm, & 3:00pm Please enjoy Sunday Brunch at Cantwell's Tavern prior to the egg hunt! Sessions are limited to 20 participants per session. Exhibit: Middletown High School: Advanced Placement Studio ArtTuesday, March 30, 2021 to Friday, April 30, 2021The Historic Odessa Foundation is proud to showcase the creative talents of students from the Appoquinimink School District’s Middletown High School’s Advanced Placement (AP) Studio Art Class in an exhibit from March 30 to April 30, 2021, in the Foundation’s Visitor Center Gallery. Visitors will get a chance to see what these promising artists have accomplished over the past school year to complete their AP Senior Portfolios. Each art student enrolled in Middletown High School’s AP Studio Art course is required to create a 24-piece portfolio by the end of their senior year. The art students have selected ten of their best art pieces for display with the advice of their art teacher Brianna Shetzler. A variety of mediums will be exhibited in the gallery including drawing media, painting media, fabric dye, and cut paper. On Thursday, April 15, from 6 to 8 p.m., the community is invited to a meet and greet with the artists and their teacher during the Opening Artists Reception to be held in HOF’s Visitor Center Gallery.
