Join us at the Collins-Sharp House kitchen garden as we explore the plants typically found in the backyards of 18th century Odessa. Examine their uses in foods, medicines and even the scrub buckets of colonial households. Create an aromatic sachet and cool off with some herbal tea and sweet treats.
