Kristin and Brian: An Autumn Wedding

Thursday, September 19, 2013 - 4:00pm

The Corbit-Sharp House in historic Odessa, Delaware is host to a scenic landscape, flowering trees or bushes, stone barns, historic homes with lots of character, and cobblestone streets. Perfect for any vintage wedding.

It was not hard to find places to take pictures because everything beautiful. The bride got ready for her big day in a cute Bed and Breakfast that was right across the street from the venue. Her brooch bouquet was so unique and pretty! The ceremony was held outside in a garden under a trellis built by the couple. Their son was a big part of the ceremony, and they also said vows to him which brought tears to everyone in attendance.

The reception was also outdoors under beautiful wood trellises made by the couple. They hung mason jars filled with candles from them, which paired along with lanterns and strings of lights, made such a romantic setting. They had a great band and enjoyed a fun night with their family and friends, just celebrating the joy they felt. Apart from the incredible scenery and beautiful handmade decorations, the highlight of this wedding was how happy these two were. We were thrilled to share such wonderful moments with them.
